Stone Pellegrino was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC. Sports was something that he was passionate about from a very early age. He played football and baseball throughout his childhood and went on to play division 1 baseball. His baseball career ended a few years later after suffering 3 joint surgeries. During the time of his injuries he was constantly in the training room rehabbing and developing biomechanical knowledge.
In 2020, Stone graduated with a Bachelor degree in exercise science and knew he wanted to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry. He started coaching group fitness classes at Crash Fitness and started a meal prep business that took off rapidly.
Stone moved to Houston a year later with his fiance as she started medical school. He took a job with a staffing agency in order to pay the bills. He quickly realized that working a job that he did not love was not how he wanted to live his life. He left the agency in order to pursue his passion in health and wellness. He received his CPT, CNC, and CF-L1. Stone is now leading a strength class 3 days a week and has an online nutrition coaching business. He believes that nutrition is just as important as physical fitness.
Stone’s main goal is to help individuals achieve their highest quality of life through physical fitness and nutritional knowledge.
