Ingredients:

Beef & Broccoli

  • 1 pound of flank steak (or another type of lean thinly sliced beef)
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos All Purpose Seasoning (for Paleo and Whole 30 options use Coconut Aminos instead)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Directions:

Beef & Broccoli

  • Combine 1/2 cup of beef broth, the Liquid Aminos, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Cover the beef with the marinade and set aside.
  • Wash and chop the broccoli. Place in frying pan with a 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes, then pour in ¼ cup beef broth and cover. Steam the broccoli for an additional 10 minutes. Remove broccoli from pan and set aside.
  • (obviously I need a bigger lid)

  • Set pan to medium high heat. Sear the beef on both sides for 1 minute. If the beef is sliced thin enough you will not need to cook it any longer or it will overcook fast! Remove the beef and slice it into long strips.
  • Combine both the beef and the broccoli back in the pan with the marinade and toss on low heat for just 1 – 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Cauliflower Fried Rice

  • One head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Amino All Purpose Seasoning (For Paleo and Whole 30 Options use Coconut Aminos

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and cut cauliflower. Be sure to pat the cauliflower dry with a towel, then place it on a cookie sheet or roasting pan and roast in oven for 20 minutes. This will help get some of the moisture out of the cauliflower.
  • After the cauliflower has cooled a little from the oven, place in a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
  • Sauté onions in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil for 5 minutes or until soft and slightly translucent. Add carrots and peas and sauté for another 5 minutes. Make an opening in the middle of your pan and add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil (see picture below.) Add beaten eggs to the middle and scramble.
  • Add cauliflower to the pan, combine all ingredients and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add Liquid Aminos and remove from heat.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
