Chelsea had a tough childhood, growing up overweight and picked on by her peers. She eventually found sports as an outlet that helped her become healthier and more social around others. Going through her tough childhood made her even more passionate to inspire and help others because she could relate to people, so she decided to go into the health and fitness industry in college. While in college, she started teaching bootcamps to family and friends while home for summer breaks. She ended up falling in love with the group exercise aspect of fitness because not only is it competitive and fun, but she had the opportunity to impact so many more lives at once.

Chelsea’s #1 goal in life and in her professional career is to help others reach their goals through proper movement and technique while also having fun. Her encouragement and motivation are seen and felt on and off the “field”.

Chelsea is certified through NASM as a personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist and corrective exercise specialist. She is also certified through EXOS as a fitness specialist, performance specialist as well as Onnit Academy kettlebell specialist.
