Teresa has dabbled in sports since she was a kid, mostly playing soccer and tennis. Her love for group fitness started in high school, when she started taking aerobics classes. That love grew even more when she added Pilates, barre, and yoga classes into the mix while in college.
With a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition, Teresa has a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin and take care of their bodies inside and out.
Teresa started teaching HIIT classes in the spring of 2017 and is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She enjoys hosting health and fitness events for the community as well as teaching exercise and soccer classes to children.
When she isn't teaching, her ideal day is spent outdoors or by the beach playing sports, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, or biking, and writing in her life and style blog.
