I would love to say Sweet Potato Toast is the best thing since sliced bread, but it just isn't. Calling this meal toast gives you the completely wrong idea going into your first bite. If you're expecting a texture resembling anything like the real deal then you will be sadly disappointed.
I've been working on a great Turkey Burger recipe for awhile now. Every Sunday turkey burgers are a part of my families meal prep. Turkey is a great lean protein and making it into individual patties for the week helps with portion control. I've tried several different ways of making the turkey burgers light and juicy while keeping them keto/whole30 and I finally found a recipe that works!
My recipe uses coconut aminos, if you haven't tried them, they are good on almost everything! It's a paleo/whole30 approved seasoning.
I saw this recipe for Salt and Vinegar Potatoes the other day that sounded amazing, but I needed a way to make it Keto for my husband. I tried the same recipe, but combined potatoes and cauliflower. I could eat the potatoes which were Whole30 and he could eat the low carb cauliflower.
I've been cooking Thanksgiving for my family for almost 10 years now. It's one of my favorite holidays to cook for and I look forward to it all year long. However, this year I happen to be 3 weeks into my Whole30 and some of those traditional recipes arent going to make the cut.
Saturday, I started the Whole 30 program for the second time. (Yes, second!✌) After doing Whole30 the first time I discovered a lot about my eating habits and the different foods that aren't as nice to my body as I wish they were (pizza, I'll miss you). However, even though I saw many benefits to staying Whole30, life happened (specifically, life with 3 kids who want boxed mac-n-cheese and fruit snacks for every meal) and I went back to snacking on things that were easy and simple and (processed). I broke the amazing habit I started of preparing my food for the week and began a new habit of winging it when it comes to meals, which never goes well for me.
Temps are in the 80's in Houston right now, you know what that means... It's fall! Time to roll out with the fall recipes. This chili skips the beans and adds a few ingredients you may not have thought to ever add to your chili (think cinnamon). Are you still reading? Good! If you don't like cinnamon, don't worry, you're not going to taste a strong cinnamon flavor at all, it just helps enhance the other flavors in the chili.
Kraft had it right with the idea of Shake & Bake. Easy prep and and easy clean up! The only problem is that Shake & Bake is not whole 30, paleo, clean eating, (the list goes on). I took one of my friends regular dinner meals (Ranch Breaded Chicken) and turned it into a clean eating recipe everyone will enjoy!

This reminds me of a mix of cherry and apple pie! I made this as a dessert and then ate it the next day for breakfast and with lunch! I just can't get enough of this yummy fall recipe. This will be a favorite for everyone, and is paleo, gluten free, dairy free and whole 30 approved!

1 cup frozen dark red cherries
3 large dates
1/2 cup orange juice
