D’Ondra McGee has long been a fitness fan, and she absolutely loves what she does for a living. She concentrates on the fitness requirements of her clients and goes the extra mile to make sure that those needs are met. Although safety is at the forefront, D’Ondra puts much time and effort into making sure that her workouts are as dynamic, efficient and enjoyable as possible.

Graduating from the University of Houston with a M. Ed. and a B.S. in Exercise Science, D’Ondra is also a qualified A.C.E Personal Trainer and holds AFAA Group Exercise, INSANITY and Red Cross CPR/AED certifications.

D’Ondra has been a Studio Fitness personal trainer since 2009, and is also the Assistant Director of Fitness Programs at the Rice University Recreation Center.

When not helping our members achieve greater levels of fitness than they ever thought possible, D’Ondra still leads an extremely active lifestyle, listing tennis (she played competitively in college), road cycling, any kind of watersports and outdoor exercise, kickboxing and running with her Australian Shepherd as her hobbies. She also enjoys spending time on the beach and, most importantly, with her family.
