Michael graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and more recently became certified through the National Association of Strength and Conditioning as Studio Fitness’ only Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Michael has experience training clients in their 20s and into their 70s, as well as athletes from high school to professional levels.
