One of our most popular personal trainers, Michael has over 10 years of experience in the industry and fitness is his life. Michael specializes in developing fitness programs for people with unique needs, such as seniors and those undergoing rehabilitation. His experience helps him to really improve functional fitness and quality of life. Michael picked up a lot of his skills as a physical therapy student but is also NASM certified and holds certificates from the International Fitness Professional Association. And his talents don't end there. He is also a computer science technician (HCC) and has done American Red Cross Training (CPR) as well as being a qualified nursing assistant.

When this fitness all-rounder has some time off, he can still be found in the gym or on the sports field, running, weight lifting, playing soccer or even exercising his brain with a good book.
