Jake has dedicated himself to Coaching and Personal Training for the last 8 years. During this time, he’s worked with an array of different clientele making him a ‘jack of all trades’ within his craft. Specializing in body transformations from fat loss, lean muscle gain, and sports specific training, he is ready for any challenges his clients face.

His life of fitness really started at 13 when his father took him to the gym the first time. From there, Jake went on to chase his career as an athlete throughout high school, making his way into Collegiate football. This experience gave him the taste of overcoming his own challenges to reach success. After graduating, Jake found his passion in helping others reach their full potential, overcoming their own obstacles along their fitness journey.

In his pursuit for knowledge and experience, Jake completed three internships for Division 1 Strength & Conditioning programs consisting of Yale University, University of Houston, and Texas Southern University.

Jake takes pride in his work and his ability to help his clients pass their limitations… what they dream as an impossibility with their own body becomes a reality.
