Sweating to the rhythmic rides of cycle on Monday and mixing it up with the cardiovascular demands of kickboxing on Wednesday keeps you engaged and coming back for new and interesting challenges. From boot camps to barre, power flow yoga to Pilates, we’ve got all of your favorite classes to choose from with the best instructors.



Our Group Fitness and Small Group Exercise (SGX) Classes are your ticket to achieving Complete Fitness. Each class incorporates 1-3 of the FACETS, enabling you to create a balanced workout and achieve your fitness goals.

FACETS is an acronym for a six-level program consisting of Flexibility (F), Agility (A), Core (C), Endurance (E), Toning (T) and Strength (S).

ABC (C, T) – 45mins, EaDo and HeightsArms, Booty, Core (ABC) is a toning class for all three areas. Using free weights and various props, you’ll strengthen and lengthen your mid-body muscles through a variety of exercises and challenge your core, reinforcing balance, stabilization and flexibility.

Barre (C, T) – 60mins, EaDo and HeightsBarre is a unique, fun, high energy class. It fuses legendary fitness techniques from Pilates, ballet, and dance/calisthenics. These techniques are designed to streamline, firm, tighten and tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk. This helps to create balance, posture, body awareness, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. The structure of the Barre class keeps the heart rate elevated with motivating, up-beat music and brisk, dynamic, low-impact movements. All the while burning calories and fat and simultaneously building lean muscle mass. The techniques learned in this class helps to increase your resting metabolism, which allows you to burn more calories and fat while you are at rest.
*Class is done barefoot or with non-slip socks.

Body Camp (C, T) – 30mins, HeightsAll the sweat and intensity of bootcamp, but since it’s only 30 minutes, it’s easy for busy people to get a fun and functional, high-impact, full-body workout. Great for all fitness levels. *Class is done barefoot or with non-slip socks.

Boot Camp (A, E) – 45mins, EaDo and HeightsOur boot camps are organized and fun! We make sure you get a balanced full-body workout while burning calories with your friends using bands, dumbbells, balls, and more!

Cardio Strength Training-CST-X (C, E) – 60mins, HeightsCardio, strength, training, xtreme! Combines high intensity aerobic and anaerobic exercises to torch fat, build lean muscle, and get strong quickly.

Cycle GX: Traditional Ride (E, T) – 45mins and 60mins, EaDo and HeightsOne of the toughest cardio workouts you can endure. Our bikes include monitors to track your speed, cadence and (with optional chest strap) heart rate, and calories.
*Cycling shoes are recommended, but not required. Bikes have SPD pedals. (We do not provide cycling shoes.)

Cycle GX: Rhythm Ride (E, T) – 45mins, EaDo and HeightsFeel the beat, move your feet, and ride the rhythm! Indoor cycling doesn’t have to be boring! Get ready to tap it back and push it down in this high energy class. Designed to engage your entire body, rhythm ride will blast fat, burn calories, and help you to achieve increased cardiovascular strength and endurance in just 45 minutes. This class is fueled by pulse-pounding music to help charge your workout. Leave class feeling strong, invigorated, and empowered.
*Cycling shoes are recommended, but not required. Bikes have SPD pedals. (We do not provide cycling shoes.)

Facet Seven Run Group (E) – 60mins, EaDoJoin us Saturday mornings and get better at what we are designed to do…run! With 3, 5 and 6 mile routes available throughout Downtown Houston, we will work on technique, proper programming, and having fun running with friends! This run group is open for members and non-members free of charge. Come have fun learning and running with the EaDo community! We provide coffee and company, you provide the feet!

Flow Yoga (F, C) – 60mins, EaDo and HeightsThis class combines a series of poses that flow from one to another linked by your breath (vinyasa). This is a vigorous workout that gets your body moving, blood pumping, sweat pouring, and stress releasing. This class also features hands-on assists so that students can better align their bodies and feel what the asanas (postures) present in their bodies. A basic understanding of Yoga asanas is recommended; however everything will be explained throughout class. This is an all-levels class with modifications shown to accommodate each student.

High Intensity Interval Training-HIIT (E, T) – 45mins, EaDo and HeightsHIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Strike-Fit Kickboxing (A, E) – 60mins, HeightsLearn proper striking techniques and combinations in this class that is both a rigorous workout and a lesson in self-defense.
*For your first Strike-Fit Kickboxing class, please arrive 15 minutes early for a quick intro lesson from the instructor.

Yoga For Strength and Balance (F, C) – 60mins, HeightsCombining Ashtanga, Forrest and Iyengar styles, this class focuses on adherence to alignment, breathing and being present. Students of all levels are welcome and should expect a lighthearted but physically challenging experience.

Zen Yoga (F, C) – 60mins, HeightsThis late-evening yoga class is a complete experience with low lighting, essential oils, a combination of warming, light and restorative poses linked with the breath (vinyasa), and an extended final resting pose (savasana) to set you up for the perfect night’s sleep. This meditative practice nurtures a balance between body and mind. This class also features hands-on assists for deeper relaxation into the poses (asanas) and is for all levels with modifications to accommodate each student.


SGX Classes are small group workouts led by expert trainers and coaches who have advanced education and/or experience in the specialized format of the class.

Row6 (A, E, S) – 45mins, EaDoA small group training class led by expert rowing and kettlebell coaches, Row6 is a community-driven, high intensity workout where you switch from doing intervals on the rower to a full-body kettlebell circuit every six minutes. Our coaches ensure proper form so you always stay safe.

Strength and Conditioning (C, E, S) – 60mins, EaDo and HeightsThis small group training class takes the best fitness training models in the industry and creates an easy-to-follow, one-hour program combining strength, interval training, and yoga. With an emphasis on injury-free progress, our expert coaches tailor the program to match you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Each class is designed to build throughout the year for those who are committed, while still providing a well-rounded program that will provide great benefits for even a quick drop-in client.

TRX-Basics (F, T, S) – 45mins, HeightsA small group training class led by expert TRX instructors who provide a full-body workout through a series of push-pull intervals. This class will help you get strong and toned while staying lean and improving your flexibility. Your core is always active, and your balance and stability are also being challenged. A great class for any level of student, TRX-Basics will also emphasize proper form and technique while using the TRX straps and learning principles that you can apply to any type of strength training.
