Renee Boggess has always found working out to not only help her maintain a healthy lifestyle, but also as the best way for her to work off any stress! Lifting weights was her number one go-to until she was introduced to cycling. She loved riding to the beat, embracing the challenge of heavy hills and long sprints, and loved the energy the choreography brought to the class. Cycling became her therapy. It became her happy place.

The connections she made with her instructors and those riding next to her only solidified her desire to become an instructor herself so she could continue to build relationships and help share her love for health and fitness through cycling.

When she isn’t teaching, she can be found pitching brands, styling outfits, taking photos and writing blog posts for her fashion blog! She also loves spending time with her loved ones and her two fur babies.
