With over six years of experience in personal training and group fitness, along with three years of nutrition coaching, Coach Brooke brings a well-rounded and evidence-based approach to health and performance. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Dietetics to further deepen her expertise, Coach Brooke constantly learns and brings the latest research straight to her clients.
Her training background spans bodybuilding, powerlifting, functional training, spin cycling, and boxing, allowing her to tailor programs to a wide variety of goals and fitness levels. She is especially passionate about supporting women through the pre- and postpartum journey, helping them build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits during every stage of motherhood.
