After spending his youth in athletics, Marcus had to overcome several sports injuries forcing him to grow his knowledge of recovery while building his appreciation for form and function. After obtaining his SFL1 giving him proficiency with a Kettlebell, he realized the value of controlled range of motion and decided to get his certification in mobility from the best in the industry with Kelly Starretts Mob1 course.
